Having access to the Site Map allows our clients to see the building phases, lots sizes, and assigned builder appointed for the community. Allowing our client first access and in some cases able to write contract contracts receiving significantly large (Early Bird) Discounts. This also allows the our client first pick of available lots, floor plans, elevations and finishings.
      • Early Bird discounts allow our client to have all the benefit of customizing their own home but access the builder low introductory rates with and addition discounts.

    • Available Lots
      • These are also known as “Dirt Builds”
      • Using the site, our clients are able to view available lots from the builder and stake their claim! This allows you to choose your desired lot, pick your dream floor-plan, and select any finishings or upgrades wanted. In some cases, you may even have the freedom to choose lot elevations.
      • Allowing them to builder there desired floor-plan, choosing theirs desired lot, picking their finishings (or upgrades) and in some cases the outside elevations.
    • Under Construction
        • Our clients have access to homes under construction by the builders. In these cases most of the time the finishing and upgrades have been selected. Depending on where they builder is in the building phase sometime our clients have an opportunity to quickly make selection. But in most cases because the home is already in the building phase our client can move- in must sooner  in comparison to a “Dirt Build”.
    • Move-In Ready
      • These are also known to Builder as “Inventory Homes”
      • Inventory homes are ideal for our clients that need to be in their new home in 30 days or less!
      • Because the Builder wants to sell these quickly they are usually offered at a reduced rate (priced to sale). Allowing our client to get the Best Price.
